GBTA welcomes two Vice Presidents of business development
Alexandria, VA (August 2, 2013)— The Global Business Travel Association (GBTA)—the voice of the global business travel industry, welcomes two talented vice presidents of business development, Laurin Talley Ensslin and Peggy Miller Dolphin.
Ms. Ensslin and Ms. Dolphin will each serve as Vice President of Business Development in the redesigned global business development team at GBTA. As GBTA continues to expand globally, both Ms. Ensslin and Ms. Dolphin will join a newly created team that is completely account management focused, providing all accounts a specific contact for all their needs around the globe.
The Global Business Development Team is responsible for an expansive platform of event sponsorship and media placements that include the Global Business Travel Magazine, digital media and global industry events as well as GBTA’s flagship, the GBTA Annual Convention.
Laurin Talley Ensslin comes from National Geographic Global Media in Washington, D.C., where she served as Brand Manager. She was responsible for creating and selling cross platform programs for travel accounts in the Southeast and the Caribbean.
Peggy Miller Dolphin comes from the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in New York City, where she most recently served as the Director of Corporate Account Sales, The Americas.
Ms. Dolphin will be based out of North Carolina and Ms. Ensslin will be based at the GBTA headquarters in Alexandria, VA. They join their colleagues, Mr. Rich Markus, based out of San Francisco, CA and Melanie Garrett, based out of London, England. Both are also vice presidents of business development.
