Tehran, Iran – The 16th Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) summit will provide a good opportunity for Iran to introduce its tourism potential and cultural heritage to NAM members during their stay in Tehran, an official of Iran’s Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Organization (CHTHO) said .

NAM visitors will have an opportunity to become familiar with Iranian monuments and cultural elements, which have been registered on UNESCO’s lists over the past years, Director of CHTHO’s International Affairs Department Hojjatoleslam Mohammad-Javad Adabi told the Persian service of IRNA.

He said that Iran’s plan to lift visa rules with 60 countries will be discussed during the NAM summit in Tehran.
