    PATA Annual Summit 2024 concluded in Macao with commitment of collective efforts to promote tourism , More than 400 delegates from nearly 200 organisations across 29 destinations attended the summit held on May 15 -17.

    Under the theme Reimagining Tourism, PATA brought together leaders and professionals across the dynamic landscape of Asia Pacific tourism to the vibrant Macao, China.

    Besides insightful PATA internal meetings and conferences, the event saw a myriad of great additions unveiled, including two MoU signings, the launch of the PATA Kind Hearts initiative, and an award ceremony recognising tourism leaders for their contribution to the Association and Asia Pacific tourism ,according to PATA Secretariat.

    The PATA Annual Summit 2024, hosted by the Macao Government Tourism Office and SJM Resorts, S.A., brought together international thought leaders, industry shapers and senior decision-makers who are professionally engaged in driving tourism to, from and within the Asia Pacific region.

    Asia travel conference served as a nexus for dialogue, collaboration, and action, propelling the industry towards a future defined by resilience, inclusivity, and sustainable development.

    The extensive programme, comprised of plenary sessions, breakout sessions, the PATA Executive Board and Board meetings, and Annual General Meeting, provided a platform for PATA’s public and private sector members, partners, and PATA Chapters and youths from around the world to discuss the challenges, issues and opportunities facing the industry .

      Arabian Travel Market 2025, held under the theme “Global Travel: Developing Tomorrow’s Tourism Through Enhanced Connectivity”,  featured more than 200 speakers across three content stages and welcomes over 55,000 travel professionals from 166 countries.
