    More than 406 companies from 28 countries are participating in the Kazakhstan International Tourism and Travel Exhibition – KITF 2024 to be held in the exhibition pavilions of the Atakent KCBC (Almaty) on April 24 – 26 this year.

    KITF is the most popular annual event of the tourism industry in Central Asia, held since 2001 . The platform will demonstrate the full potential of the industry , the state of inbound, domestic and international destinations.

    Both tourist destinations in the regions of Kazakhstan and foreign participants will present their proposals.

    Exhibitors from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Vietnam, Georgia, Greece, Egypt, Italy, India, Kazakhstan, Qatar, China, Kyrgyzstan, Cuba, Malaysia, Maldives, UAE, Russia, Romania, Slovenia, Thailand, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Croatia, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Sri Lanka, South Korea, Japan will introduce visitors to the exhibition to the wide range of business opportunities and national flavor.

    Altogether 16 countries will be represented by National stands and new destinations Kamchatka Territory, Altai Republic (RF), Romania, Phu Quoc (Vietnam) will participate in KITF for the first time , according to release issued by ITECA Events and KITF Secretariat .

    KITF annually acts as a unique professional platform for the exchange of experience, knowledge and latest trends in tourism, promoting the development of international cooperation, providing opportunities for establishing contacts and concluding partnerships between travel agencies, hotel chains, airlines and government bodies.

    “Every year, new destinations and tourism products are presented here, as well as innovations and industry best practices are discussed. In addition, KITF promotes cultural exchange by showcasing the national flavor and traditions of different countries, contributes to increased interest and attractiveness of tourism destinations. This event, which has become a bridge between cultures and continents, highlights the importance of tourism as a tool for strengthening international relations and economic development.”

    The official partner of KITF 2024 is KOMPAS tour operator. Partners of the exhibition business program are PEGAS Touristik, Trend Buro.

    Official support for the event is provided by the Ministry of Tourism and Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akimat of Almaty city, Kazakh Tourism National Company JSC, Kazakhstan Tourism Association ALE, Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, Turistik Kamkor Corporate Fund.
