    Guangzhou : China (Guangdong) International Tourism Industry Expo 2014 (CITIE 2014) will be held on August 29-31, 2014 at China Import & Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou.

    A large number of international exhibitors are are expected to join in international, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan Hall during the expo.

    Hundreds of buyer groups covering 21 cities in Guangdong, different provinces and autonomous regions of China and the overseas buyers will explore new opportunities for cooperation with “The 21st Century Maritime Silk Road Tourism Cooperation Communication Meeting”.

    One-to-one efficient matching with “Outbound Tourism Trade Matchmaking”,focus on new development of MICE industry with “MICE High-end Networking” will be some of the programs of the expo.

    Destinations will be fully presented to attract more attention, including traditional tourism enterprises and enterprises of travel products and gifts .
    China (Guangdong) International Tourism Mart (CITM GUANGDONG), namely the former China (Guangdong) International Tourism Industry Expo (CITIE), is one supporting activity of Guangdong International Tourism Culture Festival, and has been successfully held for nine sessions with its predecessor, Guangdong International Tourism Exhibition since 2005.

    CITM GUANGDONG has become a national tourism exhibition and the first tourism event in South China.

    CITM GUANGDONG uses “communication, cooperation, and win-win development” as the theme, “internationalization, specialization, and branding” as the goal, aiming to build a negotiation platform for the tourism industry , to promote the latest products and services, show the development level of tourism industry, promote corporate communication, and push industry development cooperation.     CITIE 2013 attracted representatives from 45 countries and regions, over 0.5 million visitors, and more than 20,000 professional buyers, with project transaction amount of 142.35 billion Yuan
